Generally, you are first eligible to enroll in Medicare the month when you turn 65, as well as the 3 months prior and afterwards. Afterwards you can change during the Annual Enrollment Period from October 15th to December 7th of each year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period or certain other specific conditions apply.
